The North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) requires three courses, each 30 hours:

• 301 — Broker Relationships & Responsibilities
• 302 — Contracts & Closing
• 303 — NC Law, Rules & Legal Concepts

You may take them in any order, and you have 18 months from the date you receive your provisional license to complete all three.
