Post 302: Contracts and Closing is one of the three required 30-hour postlicensing courses for North Carolina provisional brokers.
This course provides instruction on contract preparation, negotiation, due diligence, financing considerations, closing procedures, and risk management practices. Students will gain a practical understanding of the contractual aspects of real estate transactions and the broker’s role in guiding clients through the closing process.
