Course Overview
Fair Housing Futures: Equity by Design in the Age of AI explores one of the most important topics facing today’s real estate professionals—the intersection of Fair Housing, emerging technology, and ethical decision-making.
As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into marketing, lead generation, pricing tools, client communications, and other aspects of the real estate business, professionals must understand how technology can unintentionally introduce bias and affect Fair Housing compliance.
This forward-looking course examines current Fair Housing requirements while helping brokers recognize both the opportunities and risks associated with AI-driven business practices.
Through engaging discussion, practical examples, and real-world scenarios, participants will strengthen their understanding of equitable business practices, identify ways to reduce legal risk, and develop strategies for serving clients fairly and responsibly in an evolving real estate landscape.
